LEAGUE PLAY
2023/24 LEAGUE REGISTRATION OPEN NOW
The 2023/24 Polair winter Golf League begins the week of Monday, November 13th and runs 20 weeks until Sunday, March 31st. The Entry Fee for the league is $50 (prorated monthly). Regular simulator rates apply. You can join any time! Play your league round at any time/day during the scheduled week; by yourself, or with a group of friends!
Players must register with a legitimate handicap as the league uses a Net Scoring format. If you do not keep a handicap and would like to play, we can build you a handicap using at least 5 official scores from your 2023 summer golf season.
All handicaps are adjusted weekly to reflect a player's performance. Golf Genius Tournament Software is used for scoring which provides league players with access to weekly results and statistics.

LOCATION
• Polair Golf Simulator is located at 12 Wallace Street in Acton. North of Hwy #7 across from the Hide House in Acton.
• The Golf Simulator can be accessed through the door facing Perth Street labeled 'GOLF'.
• Parking is available alongside the building on Perth Street and there is street parking.
• Please park in designated 'Polair Parking' or on the street otherwise you will be towed at your expense.

BOOKING INFORMATION
• Available to book online, by email, phone, and in-person
• Outside 24hrs please call or email us for availability, playgolf@polairhvac.ca
• Bookings are 55 minutes in length to allow for turnover.
• 7-Day Advanced bookings, tee sheets open at 7:30am.
• Hours of operation are booking dependent.
• If you purchase a pass you may book up to two weeks in advance.
• Club storage, $30+tax/month, or $125+tax for the season, (Nov to April)
• Contact us for group booking information.
DRESS-CODE
• CLEAN SPIKELESS SHOES ONLY!
• No golf spikes or boots permitted.
• Golf Clubs must be CLEAN before use.
• Casual attire is welcome.
• Clean golf balls required with no added markings to ensure our screens remain clean.
BIRTEES & RENTAL CLUBS
• ‘BirTees’ are the exclusive tees used to tee up balls at our facility.
• 8-pack – varying sizes: $25+HST
• Single Tee – one size: $5+HST
• Rental Clubs available: $25+HST
GOLF LESSONS
. We offer private & semi-private lessons for all ages and skill levels.
. Practice without distraction in a high performance training facility.

TERMS OF SERVICE
• Liability & Waiver must be read before playing
• Golfer’s Handbook must be read before playing
. Cancellation Policy: Please give a 24-hour notice. for any cancellations. Otherwise you may be subject to a $50/hour no-show fee for the hours you reserved.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
. We offer a variety of snacks and drinks in a vending machine. All forms of payment accepted.
